Xreal Launches New Sub-Brand ‘XBX’ With Lightweight AR Glasses

AR eyewear company Xreal has introduced a new sub-brand called X By Xreal (XBX), alongside its first smart glasses model, the XBX a01.

The new glasses feature what the company calls an industry-first spatial stabilization system, designed to provide a smoother and more stable viewing experience. The XBX a01 also offers 1600 nits peak brightness, HDR10 support, a massive 147-inch virtual display, and a 50-degree field of view (FOV).

Despite the advanced hardware, the glasses weigh just 62 grams, making them lightweight and portable for everyday use. Xreal says the device is aimed at entertainment, gaming, and immersive media experiences.

Priced at $299, the XBX a01 enters the growing AR wearable market with a focus on affordability and comfort while delivering premium display features.
