Popular educator Khan Sir has launched a low-cost hospital in Patna, aiming to make essential medical services affordable for the common people.
The hospital offers key diagnostic and treatment services at highly subsidised rates. Blood tests are available for just ₹7, ECG tests for ₹25, X-rays for ₹35, and ultrasound scans at around ₹100. Dialysis services reportedly start from ₹350, significantly lower than prevailing market prices.
Khan Sir said the initiative is focused on helping economically weaker sections who often struggle to afford basic healthcare. The move has drawn widespread attention and praise, with many calling it a major step toward accessible and inclusive medical care in Bihar.
