Google Pixel 9 Series Set for India Launch: Features, Availability, and What to Expect
Google is set to launch its new Pixel 9 series globally on August 14, 2024, and the next day in India via Flipkart. The series includes the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, marking Google’s first foldable phone in India.
The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro feature a 6.3-inch display, while the Pro XL has a 6.8-inch display. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold boasts a 6.3-inch cover display and an 8-inch primary display. All models are powered by the Tensor G4 chipset. The Pixel 9 has up to 12GB RAM, whereas the Pro models and the Fold variant offer up to 16GB RAM.
Camera capabilities are a highlight, with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold boasting a 48MP main camera, a 10.5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto sensor. The Pixel 9 series will be available for purchase exclusively through Flipkart, with pricing and sale details expected to be announced soon.
